Vinyasa Flow

A gentle, guided flow connecting movement and breath. Suitable for all levels; builds strength, flexibility and balance.

Power Yoga

A more dynamic, strength-building practice focusing on flowing sequences, core work and breath control. Encourages practitioners to push their limits while staying grounded.

Cool Down Yin Yoga

A slow, restorative class designed to release tension after climbing, biking or work. Uses long, gentle stretches targeting hips, shoulders and back.

Flow for Climbers

A specialized warm-up for climbers that targets shoulders, hips and core stability while improving flexibility, balance and body awareness.
