Getting Started
Yes — everyone in the gym, climbers and spectators alike, needs a current annual waiver. You can sign online before you arrive.
Sign in through our portal to get your QR code, then scan it at the front desk each time you visit.
Absolutely. New climbers get an orientation covering how to fall safely, pad awareness, and gym rules.
No reservation is needed for general climbing. Classes and group events do need to be booked in advance.
Athletic clothing works great. Climbing shoes are required (rentals available), and chalk is provided.
Safety & Rules
No — we’re a bouldering-only facility, so there are no ropes or belaying.
Walls reach about 16 feet. Down-climb when you can, or drop safely: arms crossed, knees bent, and roll onto your back.
Keep fall zones clear. Never stand, sit, or set bags on the pads beneath climbers.
No — climbing shoes are mandatory.
Liquid chalk, chalk socks, and loose chalk are all allowed. Please brush holds after climbing.
Yes — personal photos are welcome. Respect others’ privacy and stay off the pads while filming.
Climbing while impaired is prohibited. Staff safety decisions are final.
Kids & Families
All ages are welcome! Waivers are required for every participant, including minors.
Climbers under 14 need active one-to-one supervision. Supervisors should stay off their phones and off the pads.
No — strollers, toys, and sitting on the pads are prohibited for safety.

Facility & Amenities
Yes — youth through adult sizes are available.
Water is allowed. Food stays in the lounge area, and please keep bottles off the pads.
Yes — both lockers and showers are available. Bring your own lock if you’d like one.
Wipe down equipment after use. Scheduled classes have priority, and no one under 14 is allowed in the weight area.
Climbing & Route Setting
Problems are labeled from V0 (easiest) on up. Climb at your level and warm up thoroughly.
New problems go up weekly, and wall sections are refreshed roughly every five weeks.
Yes — submit requests at the front desk and our setters review them weekly.
Memberships & Passes
Day passes give you all-day access with re-entry. Memberships include unlimited access plus member perks. See Memberships for details.
Yes — bring a valid ID and ask at the front desk for details.
Yes. The minimum freeze is one billing cycle — contact the gym before your renewal date.
Email or call (865) 381-4445 at least 2 days before your renewal. In person or by phone works best.
We don’t sell gift cards, but punch passes make great gifts.
Classes, Coaching & Events
Yes — Intro to Bouldering, movement clinics, and yoga. Book in advance through our portal.

Accessibility & Emergency Information
Yes — adaptive climbers are welcome. Ask the front desk about spotting, pad access, or route support.
